Submittal of Questions by API on the Consideration and Use of the Draft Rangewide Plan in the Proposed Special Rule for the LPC

The following is a letter to the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) from the American Petroleum Institute (API). API has submitted questions on the record concerning the relationship between the FWS 4(d) process and the Western Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies (WAFWA) Range Wide Conservation Plan for the lesser prairie chicken.
